Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time - reduce speed to low and add both flours, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla, and chocolate. Mix well. Let dough set for 24 - 48 hours in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line pan with parchment paper. Use a 4 ounce scoop placing each cookie 2 inches apart. Bake for 15 minutes.
