CRUST

1 1/4 cups graham cracker, crushed

3 tbs sugar

1/3 cups melted butter

FILLING

1 8 oz package cream cheese

1/2 cup sugar

2 eggs, separated

Instructions |
|
|
Mix crust ingredients and pat into 8x 8 pan.
|
|
|
Blend cream cheese, sugar, and juice until fluffy. Add yolks and mix until blended. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites, pour into crust.

Bake at 325 for 25 minutes. Let cool for 1 hour. Cover with cherries.
