Brown hamburger and onions. Drain tomatoes reserving 1/4 cup tomatoe juice. Cut tomatoes and layer on dough. Sprinkle with slat and pepper. Cover with 1/2 lb of mozarella. Sprinkle with meat and any vegetables. Combine 3 oz tomatoe paste, reserved tom juice, garlic, oregano, and basil. Spread over meat and veg. Salt and pepper. Scatter parmesan on top.
