Oysters ( Optional or do one half of turkey with regular and other with oyster)
2 Teaspoons salt
Instructions
Chop onions and celery place in fry pan with 1 stick
of butter, add water to almost cover ingredients add
2 teaspoon of sage, 2 teaspoons, 1 teaspoon pepper,1
teaspoon salt. Cover and cook on medium heat until
onions and celery are soft.
In a large bowl break apart bread into small bite
size pieces, add eggs and the remaining
salt,pepper,sage,poultry seasoning. When the celery
and onion mixture is done add to the bread and mix.
At this time if desired add oysters.
Stuff Turkey as normal and bake as directed.
