In skillet add olive oil to lightly cover pan add
onions,garlic,green peppers and mushrooms. Cook over
medium heat till tender. Add ground beef and brown and drain.

Add tomato paste and stir. Then add diced
tomato,tomato sauce,sugar and Italian seasoning to
desired taste.

Cook about 1/2 box of elbow macaroni till done.
|
|
|
Place elbow macaroni in 9 x 13 pan, add ingredients
from skillet and mix. Slice velveeta cheese and
cover pan with cheese. Bake at 350 until cheese is
melted.
