Cut up vegetables and set aside. Take pan and
coat with canola or olive oil, place on the cook
top and heat to high. Pour half of the egg beaters
into the pan and let cook for 1 minute till it
starts to firm. Add in half of all the vegetables
and cheese. Once the egg base is firm fold over
one side of the omelet and let cook for an
additional 1-2 minutes then remove and make 1 more
omelet. Add sour cream and hot sauce and enjoy!

for ones of your choice from the quick start
guide. Makes 1 large serving!
