Heat olive oil in skillet over med heat and brown tenderloin on all sides (about 10 minutes) Meanwhile mix teriyaki sauce, broth, brown sugar in bowl. Stir in garlic (crushed) and black pepper.
Put browned tenderloin into slow cooker cover with teriyaki sauce mix. Cook on high for about 4 hours turning 2 times to ensure even doneness
Remove tenderloin from the slow cooker and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Can use remaining sauce in crockpot to put over top the pork tenderloin while serving.
