Place dry ingredients in bowl of mixer.
while mixing on low add milk, oil, and eggs. Beat on high to removeany lumps.

Pour 1/8 to 1/4 cup batter onto heated griddle. (If you do them too big they will not cook all the way through before they burn.) Using the bottom of your measuring cup (or a spoon) spread batter in circle to about 1/8 inch thick.

|
Once bubbles are popping all over the top of the pancake, turn over and cook the other side about a minute. (Keep temperature at medium-low to prevent burning.)

|
Seve with syrup, jam, or whatever you like.
