Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sprinkles scalloped
potatoes (keep seasoning separate) in the bottom of
a 9x13 casserole dish (may be able to use a smaller
dish). Sprinkle shredded cheese over the potatoes.
Place the pork chops over the cheese. Mix cream of
mushroom soup, milk, seasoning packet and sour
cream. Pour the sauce over the pork chops, covering
completely.
