FOR CRUST- Mix first six ingredients and press firmly into an 8 inch pie plate. Bake at 325° for 10-15 minutes. allow to cool completely.

FOR FILLING- Mix pudding, 1 c of heavy cream, and 3/4c waterwith an electric mixer for 2 minutes. Immediately pour into piecrust.

|
In a large bowl mix 1/2 c heavy cream with electric mixer until it becomes thick, and then mix stevia. Spread onto pie filling. refrigerate for 15-30 minutes before serving
