8 cups water plus 8 rounded tsp of chicken soup powder
Instructions
Spray large soup pot with pam or canola spray on a low flame
Put in onion, carrots, celery, and garlic for about 5 minutes.
Then put stock in and bring to a boil.
Chop cabbage and spinach in strips and put in pot
Put in all other ingredients and spices.
Lower heat.
Cook until zucchini and squash are soft.
