Mix the ham, sausage, bread crumbs, egg, and milk
together. Shape into balls (about 3/43 inch
diameter). Place in deep, uncovered casserole in
a single layer (this splatters).
Combine all of the sauce, ingredients and pour over
the ham balls. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2
hours. Baste 4 times during baking
If more sauce is desired, make one-half more of
sauce ingredients.
