Spray a microwave ramikin. Mix egg amd splenda. Add yougurt and blend well. Mix in ground flax seed cinnamon and baking powder. Pour into ramikin. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 min. Ramekin should be no more than half full as it puffs up.
