Toss pork with garlic powder. Heat 1 tsp oil in a lg pan on med high and stir fry pork until just cooked. Set aside.
Stir fry veggies in remaining oil for 2 min. Dissolve cornstarch in soya sauce and add to pan along with pineapple and juice and dressing.
Cook on med heat until sauce bubbles and thickens. Add pork and cook 1 min more.
