In a bowl place 2 or 3 cloves of garlic with a good amount of salt and crush the garlic into the salt tillit resembles a paste. Nex put in 2 or 3 egg yolks 3/4 tsp dijon mustard about 6 shakes of worchestershire and the juice of 1/2 a lemon. Using an electric mixer begin very slowly to drizzle in the oil being carful not to pour too fast. Beat constantly. Continue this untill the dressing is a light colour becoming kind of sticky so it comes away from the bowl. You should be able to turn the bowl upside down and keep the dressing inside. It does take a fair bit of oil. toss with romain bacon parmesan cheese and home made crutons.
