Mix dry ingredients well with a whisk. Add wet to dry and combine well. Make sure the eggs are well beaten before adding.
Let the batter set for 2 to 3 min to thicken up. don't leave any longer as you cannot spread it then. Pou batter into pan. Spread away from the center. does not have to go to the edges. Just get it even.
Bake for about 20 min until it springs backwhen touched in the middle and is browning a little.
