1/2 cup nutritional yeast (not bakers or brewers yeast) can be found at Vitamin Shops as a supplemen
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups water
1/4 cup vegan margarine (can be found in trader joes)
1 teaspoon mustard
Instructions
In medium-large saucepan, combine flour, nutritional yeast, salt and garlic powder. Whisk in water. Heat on medium heat until bubbling and thick. Remove from heat and add margarine and mustard. Serve hot.

I've had this cheese sauce on steamed broccoli, enchiladas and even tofu veggie burgers! Yum!!
