Chop onions and combine with the cabbage. Before opening the noodles, smash them into smaller pieces and set seasoning packet aside. In a saute pan, melt butter. Brown sunflower seeds, almonds and Ramen noodles. Saute mixture until noodles are gold brown, watching carefully so they do not burn. Add noodles and nuts to cabbage mixture just before serving.

Dressing- In glass jar with a lid, combine oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and seasoning packet mixute. Cover jar and shake well. Chill. Just before serving, add dressing and toss quickly. The dressing will separate so be sure to shake it well before adding it to the cabbage mixture.
