Preheat oven to 180C/350F. combine softened margerine (or butter), sugar, eggs and vanilla in a bowl and mix until fluffy. Add the flours, salt and baking soda and stir well. (I use a hand mixer). Then, with a wooden spoon, add the choco chips and white chips and dried cranberries.
Then, on an ungreased (15 1/2in by 10 in or 40cm by 25cm)pan, spread the batter so that it covers the entire pan evenly.
Bake for about 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown on top. You don't want to be too crispy so don't get it tooo brown on top!
