Instructions |

In a large sauce pan, combine pumpkin, lemon juice, ginger, and sure jel.

Heat to a boil stirring constantly. Add sugar, heat to a full rolling boil stirring constantly. Continue boiling for 1 to 2 minutes.

Pour into prepared jars and seal. Enjoy!
