In large bowl cream butter and shortening and cream cheese. Gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Combine dry ingredients, add to creamed mixture alternatively with buttermilk. Stir in extracts. Pour into greased-floured 10 in fluted tube pan. Bake at 325 for 1 hr 20 min or until inserted toothpick is clean. Cool for 10 mins and remove from pan onto wire rack.
