Preheat oven to 425 F.

In a pot bring water and butter to a rolling boil. Stir in flour and salt until the mixture forms a ball. Transfer the dough to a large mixing bowl.

Using an electric mixer, beat in eggs 1 at a time, mixing well after each. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet.

|
|
Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Centers should be dry. When shells cool either split and fill them or pipe in the filling using a pastry bag.
