7 halves per order. If canned, drain artichokes
and if they are whole, cut them in half. Dredge
artiichokes in all purpose flour. then in an egg-
wash (6 eggs/ 1/4cup water), then add other
ingredients. Layer artichokes with parchment paper
and store in a large container. Fry artichokes in
350 degree oil froo about 3 minutes or until
golden-brown. grab a small handful of spinach and
carefully drop in fryer. Cook until translucent
and crisp, stirring consistently, drain well and
season with a litter parmesan cheese. Use spinach
to garnish artichoke. Toss artichokes in a frying
pan with 1 Tbs butter and 1sp garlic. Garnish
entire dish with parmesan cheese and fresh
parsley.
