-saute garlic and shallots in butter for 2 min.
- add sun-dried tomatoes and saute for one minute
-add cream and parsley
- reduce heavy cream on medium hgh heat, when
thickened, add large handful of parmesan cheese
and stir.
sauce should be thick but not really gooey. Toss
pasta in sauce.
