Preheat oven to 350 degrees. While oven is heating mix together bread crumbs and olive oil-make sure mixture is moist.
Take fish out of package and put on a baking sheet that has been covered with foil. Take mixture and pat on just the top part of the fish. Put in oven for 20 minutes.
While waiting for fish to cook take store bought cold slaw from container and put in strainer and run under water for a few minutes-lowers calorie content.
