Brown Meat. Chop veggies to fill 3/4 cup then purée in food
processor. Add to browned meat. Cook 4 minutes. Add garlic
and soups. Bring to boil. Stir in uncooked rice. Transfer to
baking dish. Cover with foil. Cook at 450 for 20 minutes then
lower heat to 350 and cook for additional 55 minutes.
