Preheat oven to 350.
Beat together butter and sugars until creamy.
Add egg and vanilla - beat well.
Use food processor on 1 cup oats and coconut. Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Then add to dough mixture and mix well.
Stir in remaining oats and raisins. Mix well.
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet. Remove to wire rack.
