Combine sage, salt and pepper. Rub mixture on pork chops. Brown chops lightly in oil.. Drain fat. Add boullion, cover and simmer for 30 minutes or till meat is done.Remove meat and keep warm. Mix sour cream and flour together then wisk into boullion. Add meat back in and simmer 10 minutes longer or till sauce has thickened up some. Sprinkle with parsley before serving. Serve with rice or noodles.
