1.) Heat oil to 350 (deep fat fryer works best but a pan will do)
2.) Sprinkle wings with salt and pepper
3.) Add wings to hot oil, cook for 15-20 minutes, chicken should be crisp
4.) Remoove from oil and pat dry.
5.) Melt butter in a pan add hot sauce and vinegar. Stir well.
6.) Put chicken in covered contain, pour sauce over and shack til coated.
