4 skinless, boneless white fish filet (Sole, flounder, tilapia)
Instructions
1. Mix chili powder, paprika, cumin,lemon pepper, seasoned salt and onion powder in a small bowl. Spray fish with non stick spray or brush with oil. Coat both sides of fish with seasoning. Place in a single layer on broiler pan.
2. Broil 6 to 8 minutes or until fish is firm to the touch and flakes easily when pierced with fork.
Grilled spiced Fish
Prepare as directed. Grill fillets over direct medium high heat 3 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
