Layer -potatoes, salt, pineapple, nuts, sugar & 1/2 c marshmallows in 1 1/2 qt casserole. Cover tightly. Microwave on High until hot (5 -7 minutes). Sprinkle with remaining marshmallows. Cook uncovered until marshmallows are puffed then sprinkle with nutmeg. I got this recipe from Ruth Coleman, my sister-in-law Cathy's mother. Very good & especially easy since it's microwaved.
