|
1. Make a hole in each puri.
2. Add the mashed potato into the puris.
|

|
3. Mix the spicy chutney with water.
4. Add the chick peas into each puri followed by boondi.
|
|
|
5. Just before serving, add the sweet chutney and then the spicy chutney water.
6. Top the puri with chopped onion and serve.

Note-
Sweet chutney is made of equal quantities of dates, tamarind and water as per consistency.
Spicy chutney is made of-
2 bunches corriander
10g green chillies
100g grated coconut
Salt to taste
water as per consistency

Make pani puri just before it is served, or it becomes soggy.
