Mix cheese, sugar & vanilla. Prepare jello with the hot water, add to cheese mixture. Mix well. Whip Milnot, & add the jello mixture. Pour into graham cracker crust, chill until ready to serve. Graham cracker crust made using 2 pkgs graham crackers & 1-2 sticks of melted butter. In 9x12 pan crush the graham crackers, drizzle butter on top, mix & mold to bottom & sides. (Jean adds 1/4 cup sugar to the graham crackers)
