In a large skillet, heat up oil and add minced onions and garlic, dash of pepper, and a pinch of salt. Saute until tender, 2-3 minutes. Cool mixture slightly.
In a large mixing bowl, combine spinach, yogurt, and goat cheese. Add mixture from skillet and blend well.
Place in a lightly greased 8x8 baking pan and bake 15-20 minutes.
