Spread cheese mix evenly on the insides of all the peppers, making sure to cover all of the pepper fully.
Lay the peppers on a heated grill back side down. Grill until the skin of the peppers is starting to char slightly, the cheese mix should be melted and creamy by that time.
Drizzle lightly with BBQ sauce.
