Whisk the egg yolks with the sweetened condensed milk and lime juice. Beat the egg whites to the stiff peak stage. Fold the whites into the lime mixture. Pour into crust and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool to room temperature; then chill at least 1 hour before serving. Beat the whipping cream to soft peaks; then beat in vanilla and sugar. Spoon on individual slices of pie before serving.
