1 package (4 serving size) JELL-O brand gelatin, any flavor
Ice cubes
1/2 cup cold water
1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed
1 Honey Maid graham pie crust (6 oz.)
Instructions
Stir boiling water into Jell-O until dissolved. Add enough ice cubes to water to measure 1 cup and add to gelatin; stir. Remove any unmelted ice. Gently stir in whipped topping with a whisk. Refrigerate mixture until it is very thick. Spoon mixture into crust. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
Healthy tip- Prepare as directed with Jell-O sugar free, Cool Whip Free, and a reduced-fat graham cracker crust!
