Pour 2 cups of water in a saucepan. Add buttter and salt. Switch stove off. Add the cous cous to the boiling water. Mix it and let it stay for 10 minutes.
Take the cous cous and spread it to cool. Chop tomatoes , onions , parsely , cucumber , mint , and coriander finely. Add it to the cooled cous cous. Sqeeze the lemon into the mix. Add pepper according to taste. Chill for 15 minutes.
