2 cups prepared good seasons garlic salad dressing
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups bread crumbs
Instructions
Marinate chicken in the salad dressing for several hours or overnight. Mix flour, salt and pepper. Drain chicken; dredge in flour mixture. Then dip in salad dressing and roll in crumbs. Fry in hot deep fat for 8 to 10 minutes.
