Melt margarine in medium saucepan over medium heat.
Turn off heat.
Add cocoa to pan and wisk until smooth
Add sugar and salt - wisk until smooth.
Add 1 egg - wisk until blended.
Wisk in 2nd egg and vanilla until smooth.
Add flour and stir with rubber spatula until blended.
Add chopped chocolate and stir lightly.
Spread evenly in pan.
Scatter nuts over batter.
