Measure first 5 ingredients into a bowl. Cut in
butter until crumbly.
Add yogurt and milk. Stir to form a soft ball. Knead
6 times on a lightly floured surface. Pat or roll
out 2cm thick. Cut into 6cm rounds. Arrange on an
ungreased baking sheet. Bake in 190 degC oven for
10-12 minutes.
Makes 12 biscuits.
