Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. In a medium bowl combine flour, sugar, almond meal, egg whites, butter, salt, and melted chocolate. Mix well.
Spoon half the mixture into 6 x 3 1/2 lightly greased mini ramekins. Alternatively, you can use four larger ramekins for larger servings. Divide the chocolate squares between the ramekins and top with the remaining mixture. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until cooked but soft in the middle. Stand in tins for 5 to 7 minutes before turning out. Serve immediately.
