1. In lrg bow, whisk soy sauce, pineapple, hoisin,
crushed red pepper, vinegar, honey, brown sugar,
ginger and rum. Place wings in marinade, throughly
coating them. Marinate 4 hrs in refrigerator.
2. Preheat oven 375 degree. Remove wings for
marinade with tongs. Reserve marinade.
3. Place the wings of 2-in deep dish, spreading
them out flat. Bake 15 min, then turn and baste
with marinade. Bake for another 10-15 min or until
browned and cooked through.
