1. Preheat oven 350 degree. Lightly grease 7 by 11
casserole dish
2. Fry the bacon in lrg, deep skillet over med-
high heat until evenly browned, about 10 min.
Drain on a paper towel lined plate. Crumble.
3. In lrg bowl beat together eggs and milk. mix in
cheese, bacon, onion and green pepper. Stir in
thawed hash browns. Pour mixture into prepared
dish.
4. Cover with foil and bake 45 min. Uncover and
bake another 30 min until eggs have set.
