1. Coat mold with vege oil, let sit few in then
wipe clean with paper towel. Then grease and flour
your mold.
2. Preheat to 375 degree. Sift cake flour, then
sift again with baking pwd and salt; set aside.
3. In lrg bowl, cream together the butter and
sugar until light and fluffy. Add the flour
mixture alternately with the milk. Stir the batter
until smooth after eadh addition. Add vanilla.
4. In a lrg glass or metal mixing bowl, beat egg
whites untils oft peaks form. fold in 1/3 of the
egg whites into batter to lighten it, then quickly
fole in the remaining whites.
5 Fill the face side of the mold with batter.
Move a wooden spoon through the batter gently, to
remove any air pockets. Maek sure not to disturb
the greased and floured surface. Put the lid on
mold, making sure it locks or ties together
securely. Put the mold on cookie sheet in a
preheated oven about 1 hr. Test for doneness by
inserting a toothpick.

Put the cake, still in mold, on a rack for about
15 min. Carefully, remove the top of the mold.
Before you seperate the cake from the bottom let
it cool for about 5 more minutes. After removing
the rest of the mold, let the cake cool on the
rack completely. Frost with icing and decorate to
look like lamb.
