1. Combine sugar and cornstarch in top of double
boiler. Add water slowly, Stir until thick.
2. Gradually add egg yolks, butter, grated lemon,
lemon juice and salt.
3. Stir for 1 to 2 min before pouring into crust.
4. Garnish with grated lemon zest
