Dissolve yeast in water. Combine 2 cups flour, and salt. Add dissolved yeast, 1/4 cup margarine, egg and honey; beat until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a stiff dough. Place dough in greased bowl; brush with margarine. Cover; let rise in warm place about 20 minutes or until double in volume. Punch down; with oiled fingers, shape into 1 inch balls. Place 2 balls in each greased medium sized muffin cup. Cover; let rise until double in volume, about 20 minutes. Brush with margarine; bake at 400 degrees, 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Brush with additional honey, if desired.
