|
cook onion in butter until soft and golden. meanwhile cook gnocchi according to package directions.

add flour to onions and cook for 2 minutes. add the half-and-half and simmer until thickened. add the nutmeg. season with salt and pepper.

working in batches, add spinach and stir until wilted. add drained gnocchi.
|
|
|
eat now or pour into casserole dish and top with parmesan cheese and broil until golden.
