Classic Southern slaw (see recipe) or prepared coleslaw, for serving
bread and butter pickles, for serving (optional)
4 kaiser rolls, split
Instructions
Using your hand or a fork, shred the meat from the chicken, discard the skin. You should have about 2 1/2 cups.
In a large bowl, stir together the chicken and barbecue sauce and warm it. Sandwich the bbq chicken between each split roll and top with slaw and pickle. Serve warm.
