Cook rigatoni at home and drain well. Put each box worth of cooked rigatoni into a gallon ziplock and add a little vegetable oil so that it doesn't stick together. Refrigerate well. In camp, pour some spaghetti sauce intot he bottom of a large D.O. Add noodles, then some cottage cheese and Italian cheese. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Continue layering until all is used and cover with spaghetti sauce so all of the noodles are covered. Heat until bubbly. You can also grill garlic bread over the fire if you would like!
